Pitchlog is a by-coaches, for-coaches tool, developed in collaboration with professional coaches. The purpose of the app is to make playing time tracking and match statistics logging easier for coaches and clubs.
Pitchlog is a digital tool provided by Gilla Läget for football coaches, head coaches, and clubs. The service has been designed together with professional coaches with the goal of making playing time tracking and match statistics as straightforward as possible.

Pitchlog is a tool for coaches — it does not make decisions about playing time and does not issue automatic alerts about playing time.
By using the Pitchlog service you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service.
The service is intended for football clubs, coaches, head coaches, and other sports club personnel. Individuals may use the service to manage their own team.
Using the service requires registration. By registering, you agree to:
One account is intended for one person. Sharing login credentials with multiple people is not permitted.
The service may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following is prohibited:
You are responsible for all content you enter into the service, such as player data, match entries, and statistics. You warrant that you have the right to enter and process that data.
Gilla Läget does not review user-submitted content and is not responsible for its accuracy or appropriateness.
When you enter player names into the service, you act as a data controller with respect to your players' data. You and your club are responsible for:
Gilla Läget acts as a data processor and processes data solely for the purpose of providing the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Pitchlog service, its structure, user interface, software code, logo, and brand are the property of Gilla Läget and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms. No other rights are granted.
Content entered into the service by the user (player data, statistics) remains the user's property. The user grants Gilla Läget the necessary licence to store data and provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties as to its error-free operation or uninterrupted availability. Gilla Läget is not liable for:
Gilla Läget's maximum liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Gilla Läget reserves the right to modify, update, or suspend the service or parts of it without separate notice. We will, however, endeavour to give advance notice of material changes.
We aim to ensure service availability to the best of our ability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. Account deletion is permanent and results in the removal of all your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Pitchlog is offered on the following plans. All prices include VAT:
Annual subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Payment details and subscription management are handled through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from within the application.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access to paid features continues until then. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. Because Pitchlog is a digital service that begins immediately upon purchase, and by completing payment you explicitly request that the service starts immediately, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply once access to the paid service has been granted. This does not affect your right to cancel a subscription for future billing periods via the Customer Portal.

These Terms of Service are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
If no settlement is reached, disputes will be resolved in the Helsinki District Court, unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise. Users acting as consumers have the right to also bring the matter before the Consumer Disputes Board.
Gilla Läget may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
